Why on every rainy season or winter our immune system gets weaker? For that we need to take some additional intake of nutrients and vitamins to the body in order to keep your immune system strong and healthy.   • More regular exercise, are recommended mornings, such as jogging, joggers, and others. 
  • Do not forget to drink water every morning and every day. At least 8 glasses a day, for the rainy season is better not to consume cold drinks, even though the cold water.
